2. Services Provided
High Country Exterior Care provides professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related exterior maintenance services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All quotes and estimates provided online or over the phone are subject to change upon in-person inspection of the property. If the scope of work differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss any price adjustments with you before beginning work.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. In the event of severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, lightning), we reserve the right to reschedule your service for the safety of our team and the quality of the work.
5. Property Condition and Liability
We take the utmost care while servicing your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratched glass, broken seals, loose gutters, or brittle screens. Please ensure that all fragile items and obstacles are moved away from windows and work areas prior to our arrival.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
